Xbox One Please help 😭

Hi, can anyone help me?

I was playing terraria on Xbox One trying to unlock all achievements but suddenly when I teleport to my home, the screen turn black, I restarted the game and the console but the black screen stays there, everything I've try doesn't seem to work.

I'll really appreciate your answers.

What version? What world type (size, special seed, evil, hard mode)? Modded? Server? Can you provide screenshots?

I play on Xbox one, but ive never had this issue.
Most problems are fixed by Reinstalling the game, but make sure your data is saved.
