in the settings for the Xbox system itself there is a mouse sensitivity option, have you tried that?

I have tried that and nothing changed

the ps4 has that aswell but there's only "fast" wich is stupidly quick, "normal" wich is still too fast and "slow" where the cursor barely moves at all
so thats not a way to fix it, the game really needs a sensitivity option
