The portable wormhole would have you respawn closer to your death point, rather then the world spawn (it would be canceled out by a bed and would spawn you next to a lava pit or next to a water body if you died in lava or drown) and it could be dropped by pillars or enemies during the lunar event with a 1/200 chance. The attached file is concept art I didn't spend that much time on. "You have created a rift through time and space just to get your precious golden coins back."
