Mobile Potion of Return

Hi, today I tried out the potion of return, which has a really cool concept. However, I cant get it to work. I tapped on the portal at spawn, but nothing happened. I also tried using the interact button, but it just didnt work. Does anyone know how to use the return portal?

Mobile is pretty finicky with what you’re holding while you interact with things, if you weren’t holding a weapon (say, minishark or nights edge or something) then try holding one and using it. Otherwise I have no idea
