Xbox One Problem with architect gizmo pack not working how it should

(I play on xbox one) Whenever i'm in close proximity to armor stands or hat racks my architect gizmo pack no longer gives incressed range and goes back to default range and if i zoom in my screen all the way and i can get a little closer to the racks or stands before my gizmo pack stops working.

It's because of mannequins (or wommanequins) that are visible or just outside of the visible area. I had the same problem and it stopped when I removed the mannequins...
