PS vita glitch!

I'm not sure if this is just Ps vita but the flare gun appears to be invisible
Also all the summoning items are a bit buggy where it tells you about the weapon. The bullet point things are all over the place I hope you get what I mean

I've had this problem too, best way to fix it is to restart the VITA.
