Hello everyone, I haven't posted on the forums before, but I couldn't find an answer to this anywhere, so I decided to ask this on the Forums. I've been trying to get the Zenith lately, and I still need the horseman's blade, the meowmere, and the star's wrath. I looked up the drop rates of the horseman's blade, and on the wiki it just says that it's from 1.56-12.5%. What does this mean? Is it one or the other, or are there conditions that change the drop rates?

As you progress through waves, the drop chance increases. It’s pretty unlikely to get anything on the first Pumpking killed in wave 7, however in later waves you’re more likely to get it.
