Purchased the Terraria game on Steam but is having trouble playing it

Alright, could you do the following again:

  • Press windows+r
  • Type msinfo32 and press enter
  • Screenshot the new window that comes up and post it here
 
Have you inserted the ram? If so, you should now attempt to play. If you need a tutorial on how to add ram to your setup there should be plenty of tutorials online for your machine.
 
Terraria minispec is 2gb ram... try win+x then task manager and close some unnecessary apps. This won't harm ur computer though
