Queen Bee_Cant find it

Hi! I hope this is the right subforum to post about this!

I explored lots of areas underground the Jungle, but I cant find the expected biome where I should find the Larva (and summon the queen bee). Should I go even downward to find the bee? I am already touching lava (still withing the jungle biome, you can see for the music, underground trees and so on). Any hints? Thanks
 
If you're seeing lava along with jungle trimmings, that's just the lower Cavern layer. Which extends even further downward before you hit the Underworld, and you'll find jungle spores in the Caverns -- but for hives you'll probably do better by exploring sideways, as they are scattered throughout the Underground Jungle.
