It's less that it hasnt been noticed and more of a "limited current resources/bigger fish to fry" thing. :)
 
90% of forums out there ban reviving old threads, even if its fully on-topic. Old fights could be revived, bad memories relived, quoting people that long left the community, generally a disaster. Unless theres an autolock feature on threads in certain forum areas that closes old threads that havent been looked at or replied to in X amount of days, random threads can only bring chaos.
 
I just flip through random sections of suggestions and like posts and stick to the shadows, but yes i would love this +9001 support
 
what about old threads?
that people are saying "necro'd"

EDIT: after looking through the whole thread, it looks like it's already talked about

Another thing is that it could appear at the bottom of the page no matter what page you were on for easy access (this area: http://prntscr.com/5itbs4 ).

Also, if possible (I dunno if it is) it could remember your previous filters for even easier access.
