Maps .RAR TO .wld

okay so i am trying to download a world and when i download it its a .RAR file. i need to make it a .wld in order to put it into my worlds file. how do i do this?

I use to have this as a problem as well, and then I found Rar Frog, which is pretty nice. It turns any .rar file into what it's supposed to be. Example: .rar to .wld, .rar to .exe. Search Rar Frog on google(Or whatever search you use.), and click the link with "download.cnet". You should be able to figure it out from there. It's also free, unlike WinRar.
