Request: no enemy spawn in Towns for expert mode

As in title, I'm looking for a mod that would prevent enemy spawning near my NPCs on Expert Worlds (just like in normal mode). I've tried looking for such mod but no luck. I don't even know if it's possible to change that, but I saw a mod to change stat multipliers in expert or a mod to disable V-shaped corruption/hallow spread upon killing WoF so I thought "maybe it can be done too".
