[Resolved] Terraria comics developers disappear, don't respond to e-mail messages or in social media

So more than two weeks ago at this point we made an order for 4 terraria comics from 50 AMP Productions website, the one linked by Re-Logic here on forums. We only got a letter saying our order has been received and money charged. Ever since then there is no updates and they don't respond to our attempts to contact them. Thing is, we need to change mailing location and confirm delivery time as well because we will be out of country soon. We expected comics to arrive way sooner than what it's already taken and considering there is literally no response from 50 AMP I am starting to wonder whetner they are for real and still operating or did a rug pull. Just check their social media, latest posts and responses created a few months ago, it all looks too fishy at this point. Should I be worried? Can I expect Re-Logic doing anything about this issue as it's their official partner?

Best to PM one of the mods or report your own post if you want more than conjecture from other forums dwellers.

Reported, will see if it gets any attention. If this question won't resolve even then, my faith in Redigit being chad indie dev will be ruined.
 
I'll make sure that this is passed on to the right people at ReLogic.
 
Didn't this same thing happen with a smart watch a few years back?

I have flagged this to the 50A people directly. Not sure why you didn't get a response, but that isn't acceptable. Will be addressing that as well.

There is a BIG difference between what is happening here and that situation. Let's not start into the realm of baseless conjecture. :)
