The scope effects (same as binoculars but only while holding a gun) activates when opening inventory, leading to not being able to read reforges. This also activates when moving if cursor moves near edge of screen while doing so (can be disabled in settings). Effect also activates when the screen is tapped, no matter the location (unless tapped area has a button or joystick.
