PC Server can't find World if in Cloud (Bug? or intended)

I wanted to start my singleplayer World in Multiplayer and I used the TerrariaServer.exe at the Terraria folder. I have 4 Worlds but only 2 Appeared in the Console. After going in Single Player again I removed both Worlds (missing ones) from the Cloud and Tried it again, and now it Worked. Is that intended or a Bug?

The cloud runs very unstable imo and is creating minor bugs, that might be one. It's definately not intended, thanks for posting/sharing!
