I think the Skiph's Paws item is broken. You shouldn't be able to fly with them, yet you can. Please contact Skiphs ASAP and ask him to fix his set.

The devs have made and named their own set with how they wanted it to be. So if some devs want a weird item with a weird name. Then so be it. It's their vanity set, so their choice.
