Xbox One Slot Bug

Equipment menu is not working correctly. can not access any thing below the first 3 equip/armour slots. nor can I access the vanity section

When you are on the equipment section, Press A on the Helmet icon that is above the house.

Doesn’t work, I’ve been Trying for hours to find a way to fix, it’s not possible
