Other Small Suggestion Wednesday: New tooltip for the Coin Gun

So, I've had this idea for a long time, but it only resurfaced in my mind now. The idea is pretty simple, giving the Coin Gun the tooltip "Best $1.80 I ever spent." It would be a reference to the scene in Young Guns 2 when Billy the Kid shoots a man with coins from a shotgun and repeats the same line. Just a little thought.

I'd prefer the coin gun be reworked to have a large ammo reduction, because currently it's just impossible to sustain with gold, much less platinum.
