essentially, I've got the same problem as these two users here :

I made my first forum account via steam a potentially long time ago? confused the ".com" ending with ".org", didn't realize til' it was too late. I then believed that there was absolutely no fix for it after scampering around as best as I could (which wasn't very good) but here we are! I can give any necessary information about account details, etc.
I don't mind whatever is done overall, but I'd like to keep this account if possible. if any mods/staff could help that'd be lovely. thanks :-dc
