Some Artificial Biome issues

Good morning/afternoon/evening everyone !
for the past day I have been making a biome bubble and a floating island next to it
It is a jungle surface
The npcs have moved in but they still dont sell pylons of it ?
the background is jungle but the music is not
I tried putting some jungle grass and blocks above but I didnt think it worked ?

For your issue, block type doesn't effect the pylons that NPCs sell. You can build a house with any block or wall type in any biome. It depends on happiness and where the NPC is located.

any npc with a shop can sell any pylon as long as he/she is happy in the given biome

ask the npc about their happiness to see why he/she is not happy

in your case, a possible reason is that the house is too close to your main base, all npcs dislike being overcrowded
