Music Pack Sound is not being replaced

I am having lots of trouble trying to fix this issue. It's only one sound I'm working with, but it isn't replacing the sound I want (the player's death noise)

here is what (I think I've tried) or what has already been solved

• The files are correctly named with all the capitalization
• sound is converted into xnb
• enabled the mod
• restarted the game
• named the sound file "Player_Killed"

All of these didn't change anything and didn't change the player's death sound. Any ideas and how to fix this?
