Weapons & Equip Spell tomes animation rework

Instead of just pointing the spell book to the cursor like it is right now, put an animation similar to npc's ability casting, like the dryad/clothier/wizard, the spell coming from the player's hand and the book hovering around the player. Colors and effects will vary with the spell tome.

This will give a much cooler look to mage spell tomes.

My only issue with this idea is that the golden shower would look very weird.

Also make the book hover around so we can still see it.
