Pixel Art Staff of The Deep WInter

I made this if i ever decide to make a mod. Its a mix of the Blizzard Staff, Last prism, Lunar flare, Luminite bars, Cryonic bars (mod item), and a diamond staff. It fires lunar flares and icicles that fall from the sky and a rainbow last prism beam with all of them inflicting the frostburn and frozen debuff.

Not bad, but I think the magic power should be something more original? Why not make it shoot a continuous blue ice beam that deals frostburn?
