Stars do 1000 dmg, right? So why does the star cannon do 54 and not hundreds?

The thing is underrated and should get a significant buff, but should be crafted post mech boss

20 Admantite/Titanium bars
10 Hallowed bars
25 Fallen Stars
10 Souls of Might
10 Souls of Flight
Minishark (not mega cuz the destroyer only drops 20-40 souls)
Mythril/Orichalcum Anvil

The Star Cannon is and always has been a stupid weapon with no point. I don't believe there will ever be a way to make it both balanced and useful at the same time.

Eeh, I don't know if it's a buff or an upgrade, but the star cannon IS getting an update on the coming release. It got featured on a spoiler several months ago, and on impact the stars generate damaging sparks similar to the shockwaves of the Influx Waver.
