PC Stuck on "receiving tile data"

Okay, before you tell me to reinstall or verify the integrity of the game cache or check my ports, I already did.

I reinstalled : Same result.
Checked Integrity/Verified cache : Same result.
Checked ports : Same result as they didn't change.

So, I'm curious as to why I can't connect to my server, and yes, I know this has been asked about a million times before, and I couldn't find an answer...

Also, this happens whenever I try to join any server.

Ports and firewalls are practically the same thing, and yes, I did check my computer's firewalls, Terraria was unblocked. I assume it's the cache and I might have to get rid of the Terraria folder in "My Games" (but not without backing up my worlds and characters)
