Game Mechanics Talking to the Zoologist on a Blood Moon should jokingly have a non functional pet option.

Know how you can pet animal town NPCs? Well, on Blood Moons, that option exists with the Zoologist. But it doesn't work. It would say "That's probably not a good idea", as a status message if clicked. XD

It shouldn’t be only for blood moon, she’s still half wolf the rest of the time (half-pet?)

I was kinda making that the joke because I felt like actually being able to pet her would, like you said, make some weird themes since she is pretty much human minded lol

Yeah, it would be a funny joke if it didn't actually let you do it, but actually petting her would be weird lol

I think a hug interaction would probably be safer; certainly less weird. Available for all NPCs, of course.

Maybe completing at least 90% of the bestiary rewards you with being able to pet her..
