tAPI tAPI Server Crashing upon connection?

Basically I get this error thrown whenever I try to connect to my own server, and when I try to normally host and play it sticks on requesting world data..

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Are you using mods? Have you made sure the mods are multiplayer friendly?

I've actually gotten this issue myself, I'm not 100% sure what's causing it. I think it may be if you remove a mod that changes how items save. Have you removed any mods recently? (Or added, on that note)

And if yes to either, do you have a list of the mods removed/added?

This applies to anyone having this issue, did you remove/add mods before this happened to you?
