Okay, so after defeating WoF the slain message appeared, i picked up the loot, after 1 min, the game freezes.
I had to force exit terraria.
I had tried exiting the world after immideatly defeating the WoF, but the screen freezes on the message: '' Setting world to hard mode ''.
After doing this for 3 times, i unninstalled the game then reinstalled into another folder, after doing that i defeated the WoF again, and now the game didn't freeze, and i went into hardmode
What i think was the problem was where the game was located, it was in a folder in my hard drive that i couldnt get to open, there was some kind of problem with my hard drive, after trying to open the drive it would repeatedly say: '' *hard drive* is not accesible.''.
So the solution is to, unninstall terraria then dowload terraira on a diffrent hard drive or ssd.
I'm not sure if im the only one who had this problem, but i hope this helps.
