PC Terraria crashing once opening with error System.BadImageFormatException

Got a new pc in November and I haven't been able to play Terraria on it since. Once opening the game it goes onto the relogic screen then crashes giving me the error System.BadImageFormatException (log provided below). Ive tried verifying the game integrity, reinstalling xna framework, and reinstalling the game, running it as administrated, and disabling fullscreen. The weird thing that I have found about this is that I can still run Tmodloader which is a nice temporary workaround but it still bugs me that the game doesn't run by itself. Any and all help is very much appreciated!
