Terraria doesnt start - Need help

Hi guys im played terraria for many years. Every year i install it play and then delete it. This year i cant start it up. I read the forums and steam forums about it but nothing solved my problem can someone please help me?

If you are having the white screen issue, I just resolved mine today. If you have a Nvidia Geforce graphics card then this solution may work for you.
