PC Terraria Pausing when Minimized

I have a weird thing going on. Whenever Terraria is minimized, or I am using another application, it just pauses. As soon as I click on it, it starts up like nothing happened.

What is strange is that two days ago, it functioned fine when it was minimized. Am I missing something?
 
Don't know then sorry. :(
I think autopause being on will cause Terraria to pause when minimised or has loss of focus. But if it's off, I'm not sure what else could cause it.
