Terraria won't load after not playing for months?

So, I hadn't played Terraria in awhile. I decided that it sounded cool to play again, plus I looked at the forums, and saw an update. When I try to load terraria, from the icon on the taskbar, from steam, from desktop, etc. it shows this... http://imgur.com/XYJjGVC

I will try to re-install Terraria, if that doesn't work, I might need some help...

Has this problem occurred for anyone else?
(Figuring out errors is not my thing...)

You are missing files for the game, the best thing to do is Close out Steam, Restart it, and Do a full verify cache for the game. If this does not work. Delete the local content and do a clean install.
 
Yeah, apparently I was missing files for signs o_o i googled Block_55 and it said the block ID was signs, it works now.
