I don't know if anyone is going to see this, but I decided to update this suggestion.
Basically because I thought of a better version of the idea.

- IDEA -
The idea is to add a Special NPC to the Underworld.
A Demon NPC that offers "deals" to the player.

- DEMON NPC -
The Demon NPC would appear in the Underworld after throwing a Guide Voodoo Doll into the lava.
It is not necessary to kill the Wall of Flesh, simply throw the Doll into the lava.

From then on, the Demon NPC can appear in the Forests of the Underworld every Blood Moon Night.

- DEALS -
When talking to the NPC Demon, he will have several Deals to offer the player.
These Deals will not cost money, they will cost the player's HP, and the amount will depend on the Deal.

To be more precise, you will pay a certain amount of Hearts.
If a Deal costs 3 hearts, 3 hearts will disappear from your UI, no matter if they are the reds or golden ones.
To recover them you will have to use Crystal Hearts and then Life Fruits.

- Climatic Alteration -
It costs 3 hearts.
Allows the player to choose between clear weather, rain or storm.

- Troubleshoot -
It costs 10 hearts.
Immediately ends any Invasion and Eclipse.

- Power Boost -
It costs 5 heart.
The player can choose a potion effect that will last until the player dies.

- World Reverter -
It costs 19 hearts.
Seals the light and dark spirits again, the world returns to Pre-Hardmode.

- What If You Sell Your Last Heart? -
If you are going to make a Deal that costs an amount of hearts equal to or greater than what you have,
the Demon will warn you that you will die if you do so.

If you proceed anyway, you will die, and when you respawn you will have 1 heart.
