PC The Big Lag

So I woke up this morning a little surprised to find my Terraria running like crap. Just recently, I got a new computer, and had never had any issues with lag, especially not with Terraria. However for no reason today, the lag is unbearable, and the game runs at about half it's normal speed, no matter what I seem to do. The strangest thing of all is that sometimes it runs fine, like just before I was running around testing everything and it was all good, when it just dropped back again for no apparent reason. I've reset the game and my computer multiple times, tried different characters and worlds (though what that would matter I don't know) and nothing seems to be working. The only thing I could see was that yesterday I was messing with the game resolution, yet it still ran perfectly fine yesterday. So I have no idea. Anyone else got any ideas?

I'll need to more know about you specs.

To get this do the following:

  • Press Windows+R.
  • Type "msinfo32" without the quotes and press enter.
  • Screenshot the window that comes up and upload it somewhere I can view it.
  • Press the "plus" button next to Components.
  • Click on "Display".
  • Screenshot this window as well and upload it somewhere I can view it.

If done correctly you should now have two screenshots that tell me everything I need to know about your system.
