The Calamity texture pack has already been patched for 1.4 with a lot of these fixes and they are already going to finish a majority of the textures on their own. What you're doing is producing a false, stolen and unofficial version of the still in development Calamity Texture Pack.

Do not post edited versions of a texturepack without permission. Most of these have already been fixed or made by the actual Calamity Texturepack Team. Youre of course free to use these for personal use, but this is stealing.

Like T43 said, its stealing, and there is already a version where most of the things are fixed.
Also Texture Packs cant change code, so you literally have 100% no knowledge.
