Working as Designed The pliers when combined can't pick the activators

The pliers when you used it separately can pick the activators without problems, but, when combined with the others tools make imposible pick the activators placed in the world.

It seems according to the wiki, that the multicolor wrench cannot change actuators. The Grand Design

can however. And it's not real hard to get. All you need is the ruler from the Goblin Tinkerer, the multicolor wrench, a Mechanical Lens from the Mechanic, and 60 wire.
