So, I visited my friend's server and I saw this, It looks like a skull. I mean it might be human made I don't know. Do you think its human made or natural?

Also, yeah, 100% human made.

Definitely human made. That's Hallowed grass on the left and it's above Crimson. Hallow never generates naturally and if it was caused by the V stripe from entering hardmode, it would have overwritten the Crimson beneath it.
