Thin teal wire

I'm new and I'm very interested in learning about the possibilities of making mechanisms. I notice that there are thin teal wires and I don't understand their function. An example is on the 1st hole of Putt-rarria map. Thank you in advance for your explanation.
 
To my knowledge, there are only 4 colors of wire, those being Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow. What you may be seeing is an overlap of two colors, such as Blue and Green. Do you have a photo of this "thin teal wire" to show us what you're asking about?
