**REPORTED** Tile Data Crash on Multiplayer but not on Singleplayer

Hello! Hope you all are having a wonderful week.

I have been running into an issue on running a Multiplayer server that I am hosting, where I (and friends) will crash at a particular spot in the world when playing the world on multiplayer, but when playing the world in Single Player no such crash occurs.
Below is what happens when I pass that particular spot in Single Player:

It appears to be receiving Tile Data from the world on Multiplayer, freezes at 66%, then closes Terraria w/o a crash dump.

Looking at the logs that generate (attached below under spoiler), it doesn't generate anything from the crash.
Error Logging Enabled.

If there's anything else I can provide, please ask and I can. I can even give you the world file if that will help.

What is even weirder is, provided that I warp beyond that point to the right (to the Ice Biome), I can then move left through that same spot, and no such crash will occur, even if one goes through it normally as before. Evidence of that is below. It'll then be perfectly fine to move around that spot.
