PS4 tiny fishron mount can't fly downwards\opening speech with npcs glitch's out when holding sniper rifle

When riding tiny fishron mount i tried to go down and i couldn't. When talking to npc while holding sniper it makes the screen go crazy but if you change weapons its fine.
