-While wearing frost armor, spear traps give mobs the frostburn debuff.
-Chaos and Spectral Elementals will for the most part only spawn on hallowed blocks that are not in the hallowed biome, they will not spawn if the player is standing within walls.
-You can defeat the Brain of Cthulu with a Broken Wooden Hammer by setting your spawn where you summon it, therefore keeping it from despawning.
-By switching different armor on and off quickly, you can sometimes get the armor to duplicate
