Language Pack Town NPC names?

I want to edit what names the Guide can have but I don't see them in the All Localizations.csv file.

It is in the 'All Localizations' file. Use CTRL-F to search for the text, and type in: "GuideNames". This should take you to the right localization.

It turns out that since the time I downloaded the file they had uploaded a newer file with more text in it, the one I had did not have any of the NPC names.
