Xbox One Treasure Bags

While playing online with friends I seem to be able to grab more than one treasure bag only while not being host. The host can get their bag and then the other player grabs theirs but if you don’t wait the other player gets both and the host gets none. Not sure if this was intended or not.

I want to be clear if we are talking about the same bug...
Today me and my brothers defeated the EOC and we only obtained one bag even though they helped defeated it. When my brother was helping my op character defeat the moonlord, i had lost the bag and he ended up with two.
Just want to know if its the same bug
