Xbox One Truffle worms spawning when I swing my Terra blade.

Whenever I swing my terra blade it spawns truffle worms, I have an extremely high swing speed, with a fire gauntlet, feral claws, flame wings, dragon armour, frostspark boots and a celestial emblem, everything has violent on it and my Terra Blade is agile, please tell me why this happens.
 
This happens when you switch you Terra Blade with the Truffle Worms in your inventory, exit the world, then reenter and then switch the Truffle Worms with the Terra Blade again.

This has happened to many people and it is relatively common although I thought it was removed. I should try it out! But this is what happened.
