When I pass the second move bar, the character moves relative to the first bar.

Those are regular-sized joysticks, right? Can't tell if they're regular or larger... I know back in 1.3.0.7.8 you could make D-pads by placing a small joystick in the center of 4 large joysticks, but this was patched in 1.3.0.7.9... also not able to reproduce what you're experiencing, so very curious about how you managed to get this to happen

EDIT: Figured it out. If you're holding down on one stick, place another finger on a second stick, then let go of the first one, this will always happen

Yes, I prefer to aim by pressing the screen rather than the joystick.
