For some reason even if you have empty housing it’s impossible to move NPCs, for there is no button that changes an npcs housing, I have read through all of the setting but there’s no button bind for npc assignment or even housing query. This I a major problem because npcs are moving into the least favourite biomes with their least favourite NPCs, so theres no way to get pylons.
