Unable to Join Server Without Localhost

Howdy all, I've recently started up my own server. It uses t-shock and nothing else, as most servers do. However, I cannot get other users to join, or myself (unless I use localhost as my ip). I've set port forwarding to on, and I know my ports match up. I believe this is an issue with my firewall, and Open Port Check Tool - Test Port Forwarding on Your Router says the port is closed. If anyone could provide help that would be greatly appreciated

I never actually managed to get terraria's automatic UPnP port forwarding thing to work. And according to this issue it seems like this is known problem. TShock's automatic port-forwarding doesn't work · Issue #1387 · Pryaxis/TShock You're best bet would be to just set up the forwarding manually. That's what I've always done.
(Btw, also it might be a good idea to run your server over ethernet, rather than wifi.)
