As the other biome crates may contain a once limited item, I think there should be a crate for the Underworld, which could possibly contain a Shadow Chest item.
They would have a 1/6 chance to contain a Shadow Lock Box (as Dungeon Crates may contain Golden Lock Boxes), which would require a Shadow Key to open. The Shadow Key would not be consumed.
These crates would be fished out of lava in the Underworld. For these items to be of good use, the Hotline Fishing Rod should no longer be a Hardmode exclusive fishing reward. Inferno Potions are more Pre-Hardmode tiered, and the Obsidian Swordfish would only be able to be caught in hardmode.
These could be very useful in multiplayer, and there are other biome crates, so why not?
