I'm really sorry if this is against the rules to talk about unobtainable items, but has anyone who has got Red's or Valkyrie's set from one of the hardmode expert treasure bags got one of the following 2 yoyos:

The wiki lists them as unobtainable, but the tooltip implies that they should be obtainable from the bags, also they technically do less damage than the best yoyo available, so it wouldn't be too broken, given how rare those are.
