What?
It has to do with timestamps being loaded from the browser cache and/or related partly to guest page caching or to the browser caching itself. It’s supposedly been fixed years ago, but it does pop up every once in awhile, and since a quick reload normally corrects it, we don’t worry about it enough to investigate further.
